At Loom Collection, we want you to love your home. If a piece doesn't quite fit your space, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective wraps are included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team or arrange for a scheduled freight pickup for oversized furniture items.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods for quality, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
